Kristen Stewart- Twilight - ‘Breaking Dawn’

The fourth movie in the Twilight Saga series earned $30.25 million at its midnight screenings, doing better than the previous three movies in the lucrative vampire franchise and boding well for its prospects this weekend. Producers have predicted the new film, “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1,” will bring in more than $140 million at United States and Canadian box offices before the weekend is finished.
Based on the “Twilight” teen romance novels of Stephenie Meyer, the films tell the story of a romance between Bella Swan, a teen-age girl played by Kristen Stewart, and her vampire lover, Edward Cullen, played by Robert Pattinson. (A werewolf named Jacob Black, played by Taylor Lautner, also vies for Bella’s affection.) The current film tells how Edward carries the day and marries Bella, their nuptials and honeymoon providing highlights to the film. “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1” did slightly better during its midnight opening than the previous movie, “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” which grossed $30.1 million when it came out in June 2010.
