The official statement about the Blake Lively iPhone pictures that leaked last Tuesday night, her representative said, “The photos of Blake Lively which have just surfaced on various websites are 100 percent FAKE.
Blake has never taken nude photos of herself.”

I really don't have an opinion on this (first but I'm leaning to yes) but I know that Blake Lively is getting a ton of free press out of it, and was even on MTV Movie Awards show.
Look at the free press Audrina Patridge and Vanessa Hudgens got out of theirs, and they owned up to them.

Acording to theitalywiki.com: Federica Nargi (5th February 1990, Rome) is a dancer, showgirl and velina on Striscia la Notizia. Nargi attended dance school when she was a child. She won the Miss Rome competition and then went on to represent the city in the Miss Italia competition of 2007 where she arrived in the last 14.
In March 2008 she participated in the competition to find two new veline for the Striscia la Notizia. She won (together with Costanza Caracciolo) and has remained with the show ever since. She has been confirmed for the 2011 season also.
I think we will be seeing a lot more of her????
