Scarlett Johansson's lawyer is on the attack -- warning a bunch of websites that Scarlett owns the copyright to her HACKED nude pics and anyone who doesn't take 'em down will FACE HIS WRATH!!!!
TMZ has learned ... Scarlett's attorney -- legal pit bull Marty Singer -- has fired off threatening letters to various sites including TheDirty.com ... demanding that the sites remove the "stolen copyright protected private photographs" immediately ... or face legal action.
Singer claims, "The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless."
And just to make sure he's perfectly clear, Singer concludes ... "If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly."

Mila Kunis Phone HACKED TOO!

According to TMZ: Mila Kunis is the latest celebrity whose cell phone has been hacked, and the hacker is leaking several pictures of a seductive Justin Timberlake.
Four pictures have been leaked, including two which show Justin one laying shirtless in a bed and another in which J.T. is jokingly sporting a pair of pink panties over his head. Kunis is not featured in either of the pics.
There's another photo of Mila in a bathtub, but all you see is her head. And then there's another photo of a male which is explicit in nature, although his identity is a mystery.
There are also some texts and the hacker claims they reveal exchanges between Justin and Mila.
Watt-up, Who's next????
When and if Mila Kunis come out we'll have them, Justin Timberlake with panties on his head, don't think so????

One thing's definitely for sure: if they are her, it suggests troubling things for any celebrity interested in keeping their private photos private.
Over the past few months, we've seen numerous celebrities fall victim to hackers bent on publicizing their most personal photos. If even the notoriously private Johansson isn't safe from their prying fingers...well, who is?
UPDATE: Jesus Diaz of Gizmodo has deemed these photos completely Shop-free, saying, "Those photos are definitely NOT photoshopped in any way or form. I just ran it through the usual tests.
UPDATE: TMZ reports that Scarlett Johansson has allegedly asked the FBI to investigate the hacking of her cell phone. In the past, they've been tapped by Jessica Alba, Vanessa Hudgens, and other celebrities whose nude pictures have suddenly appeared on the Internet.

One guy claims to have pulled this off the picture data:
Camera Make = Research In Motion"
Camera Model = BlackBerry 9000
Last Modified Date/Time = 2010 12 2025" with a Blackberry Bold 9000 in October of last year according to the exif data."
I'll keep a close eye, and if they are her, I'll throw them up, if not I might just throw them up too?
